Leading AI Adoption

With Trust and Change Agility

Build Trust. Make Change. Make AI work for your teams.

AI adoption isn’t about learning more technology—it’s about unlocking people’s potential in partnership with it.

Most AI initiatives fail not because the technology doesn’t work, but because people don’t trust the data, algorithms, or leaders driving it. At the same time, many employees report that AI is moving faster than their culture can adapt and that their managers’ AI leadership is “hands‑off.”

This program helps leaders close that gap by combining trust‑building, change leadership, and practical AI adoption skills so AI becomes a sustainable part of how teams work.

Leaders will discover how to:
  • Understand the human risks of poor AI adoption—overload, confusion, fear of obsolescence—and how to address them.
  • Use trust behaviours to create transparency around AI decisions, roles, and data, and to build psychological safety for experimentation.
  • Apply FranklinCovey’s Change tools to guide teams from status quo to adoption and innovation on AI initiatives.
  • Clarify the AI “game plan” for their teams—what is changing, why it matters, and what good AI‑enabled work looks like.
  • Spot high‑value AI opportunities in key workflows and coach team members to build skills through practice.
  • Capture and showcase quick wins so successful AI practices spread across teams.
