Academic Achievement Coaching is a series of coaching sessions to support schools in implementing and refining their academic goal achievement system using the 4 Disciplines of Execution (4DX). This typically involves working consistently, perhaps monthly, with grade level/department teams, action teams, and school leaders to develop clarity around 4DX and establish systems and structures to ensure results.
