Participants create an effective environment for leaders and teams by integrating the 7 Habits® everywhere. They learn how to be an effective coach by focusing on what their team members are doing right. They encourage their people to reflect on their own behaviors, listen empathically, and then share suggestions on how to be understood. Weekly checkpoint meetings solidify the 7 Habits® a key part of the team culture.
